Adrenalin HRMS Administrator (4-5 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Adrenalin HRMS Administrator to manage, support, and optimize the organization's Adrenalin HRMS platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HRMS implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and user training, with a strong understanding of HR processes and systems integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer, configure, and maintain Adrenalin HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Performance Management, Recruitment, etc.).

- Act as the point of contact for HRMS issues and enhancements across departments.

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors for system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.

- Handle workflow configuration, user roles, security permissions, and data validations.

- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS as per business and audit requirements.

- Monitor system performance and provide support in case of bugs, errors, or downtime.

- Conduct training sessions for HR and end users to ensure effective system utilization.

- Assist in data migration, UAT, and go-live activities during implementation or module rollout.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy policies and maintain system data integrity.

Requirements :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Adrenalin HRMS administration.

- Strong understanding of HR operations and workflows.

- Proficient in MS Excel, SQL basics, and report generation tools.

- Experience in handling integration with payroll systems, biometric devices, or ERP tools.

- Ability to independently handle implementation/rollout projects and vendor coordination.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
