Instructional Designer - Learning Management System (5-10 yrs)

The ideal candidate will have a track record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

Requirements :

- 5-7 years of experience in instructional design and content development with an understanding of training and design strategy.

- Experience with authoring tools such as Evolve or equivalent.

- Experience using LMS tools.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

- Knowledge of adult learning theories and their application to learning solutions.

- Ability to create concepts and curriculum development for eLearning.

- Exposure to various kinds of learning assets in a blended learning program.

- Ability to self-manage multiple learning content topics and their deadlines.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Experience managing multiple tasks at once being able to prioritize your work accordingly and being comfortable with being stretched.

- You have sharp attention to detail and are highly organized.

- Analytical, with a thirst for continuous improvement.

- You're comfortable in a high-growth environment, working at a fast pace and adjusting course regularly.

Preferred :

- Experience with native design within a Learning Management System (LMS), ideally through industries.

- Experience and/or an interest in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Organizational Psychology.
