The Senior Business Analyst (Product Analytics) plays a crucial role in driving business decisions based on data-driven insights and analysis.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather, clean, and analyze data related to product performance, user behavior, and market trends. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for creating reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide actionable insights to enhance product strategy and performance.

Key responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to

product performance and user behavior.

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of product initiatives.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing product features and user experience.

- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate findings and insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives to answer specific business questions and uncover opportunities for growth.

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in product analytics, and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science.

- 5+ years of experience in a business analyst or data analyst role, with a focus on product analytics.

- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working in an agile product development environment is a plus.
