Mistminds Technology - .Net Developer - C# (5-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in the migration of existing .NET applications to the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions on GCP, leveraging services such as Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, and others as appropriate.

- Develop, test, and deploy .NET applications and services within the GCP environment.

- Utilize your strong understanding of .NET frameworks (e.g., .NET Core, .NET Framework), C#, and related technologies.

- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to define migration strategies and target architectures on GCP.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to .NET applications running on GCP.

- Implement best practices for security, performance, and cost optimization within the GCP environment.

- Contribute to the development of automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for GCP deployments (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager).

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest GCP services and .NET developments.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development using C# and related technologies.

- Must have significant and demonstrable hands-on experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Proven experience in migrating .NET applications to GCP.

- Strong understanding of various GCP services relevant to application hosting, data storage, and networking.

- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, GKE) is a plus.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their implementation on GCP (e.g., Cloud Build, Cloud Deploy).

- Solid understanding of cloud security principles and best practices on GCP.

- Experience with database migration to GCP services like Cloud SQL or other managed database offerings.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
