Job Description
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
- Guest Assistance: Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, and room or seat assignments
- Information Provision: Offering information about the facility, services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
- Problem Resolution: Resolving guest complaints and issues, and escalating matters when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction
- Feedback Collection: Collecting and recording guest feedback to help identify areas for improvement and excellence
- Special Requests: Fulfilling special guest requests, such as arranging for special amenities, room upgrades, or restaurant reservations
- VIP Services: Providing personalized services and amenities to VIP guests and ensuring they have a memorable stay
- Safety and Security: Assisting with security and emergency procedures and ensuring the safety and well-being of guests
