Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Analyze Early warning signals and lifestyle monitoring to plan & commence investigation, conduct interviews, gather appropriate evidence, appropriate documentation, preparation of report for submission to Senior Management, liaise with law enforcement agencies and filing police complaints against culprits, preparation of report for regulatory reporting etc.
Responsible to conduct all kind of investigations (employee as well as Intermediaries/Vendors) including whistle-blower and internal employee investigations
Conduct Fraud Risk Assessment / Process Review to strengthen control for averting Frauds

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have 10 + years of relevant work experience in Investigations (Employee/Non-Employee), Fraud containment and possess strong analytical skills to analyze fraud trends, preferably in General Insurance.
