Role: Sales Manager

Job Location: Pune & Chennai

Experience: 10 to 20 Years

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Must have Experience in Engineering Services/ EV R&D /ITES/Direct Sales /Key Account Mgt.
• Hunting new potential clients in market across Automotive, industrial products, /OEs/ tier 1 customer industry for Engineering Services domain (Embedded / Mechanical domain in Automotive/Industrial industry)
• Passion to drive, meet executives and highly networked individual.
• Working closely with the delivery teams, responsible for prospecting, proposal writing till closing the deal.
• Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas in easy-to-understand business terms to all levels of technical leader.
• Archive yearly sales Target.
• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The role will involve market research, competitor analysis, market trend evaluation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Qualifications / Experience and/or Background

• Proven experience in business development and sales
• Strong knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in the automotive component industry is a plus
