Officer - Purchase

• Creating Tenders after understanding of the internal customer requirement, getting quotations.
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing and approving services to be purchased and services being offered by Service Provider
• Meeting with vendors and internal Customer to negotiate the best contracts and formulating policies with vendors
• Develop and administer Agreements in collaboration with business and legal department
• Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims
• Identifying and researching potential Service Suppliers
• Maintaining good Vendor relationships while coordinating with internal customers
• Carry out Zero Based Costing, Time Motion Study for critical services
• Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures
• Develop and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and requisitions, Maintaining Service Master Database in SAP

• Strong managerial skills, negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills necessary for interaction with the vendors, suppliers.
• Analytical skill for purchase spends base of all the category items purchased.
• Ability of contract negotiation, preparation and administration.
• Good planning and organization skills.
• Logic and reasoning skills to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Knowledge of SAP MM Module and Ariba Sourcing
• Computer skills.
