Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Video Editor Specialist to produce high-impact video content that engages, educates, and informs our target audience. This role involves end-to-end video production including conceptualization, scripting, editing, and post-production. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong understanding of content trends across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with content strategists, designers, and marketing teams to conceptualize and create compelling videos.

- Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality finished content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.

- Add effects, transitions, animations, subtitles, and sound to enhance visual storytelling.

- Adapt video content for different formats and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, website, etc.).

- Manage post-production workflow including color grading, audio editing, and final exports.

- Organize and maintain project files, media libraries, and asset backups.

- Stay updated on the latest video trends, tools, and platform best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Media, Film, Animation, Mass Communication, or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in video creation, editing, or post-production.

- Proficiency with video editing and motion graphics tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, etc.

- Strong visual storytelling, composition, and pacing skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with animation, motion design, or 2D/3D graphics.

- Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and basic filming setups.

- Understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
