HR Recruiter ( Freelancer)

We are seeking a skilled and independent Freelance Recruiter to lead senior-level hiring for our clients in the Financial Services sector, including Wealth Management, Investment Banking, and FinTech. This is a commission-based freelance role, best suited for recruiters with a strong network and a proven track record in senior talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and close candidates for senior-level roles in Financial Services.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and role expectations.

Leverage professional networks and platforms to identify top-tier candidates.

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to successful onboarding.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in recruitment, specifically for senior-level roles in BFSI/Financial Services.

Deep understanding of industry-specific roles and senior hiring processes.

Strong professional network within the Financial Services industry.

Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.

Must be based in Delhi NCR (remote work allowed).

Graduate / Postgraduate Preferred: MBA in HR / PGDM / Any related degree Minimum: Bachelor’s degree with relevant recruitment experience
