Overview of role:

The Team Leader is expected to oversee, direct and have responsibility for a number of associates and will have overall responsibility for maximizing team performance across a market where his/her team is engaged

Role & responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage an operations team of data evaluators
• Overall responsibility for delivering of operations for team including workflow, scheduling, quality, productivity, policy adherence.
• Manage and coach associates, individuals and team performance against expected productivity metrics and targets
• Manage team shrinkage/ attrition within the set target
• Drive consistencies across the entire market in conjunction with other team leads
• Reviewing working practices and processes and implementing improvements in order to improve productivity, service levels and user experience
• Driving team motivation to exceed targets

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline
• Candidate should have at least 6 years of minimum experience in International BPO processes.
• Should have minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Team management, people management.
• Should be flexible working from office and comfortable working in 24*7 shifts.
