Job Title : DevOps Head

Work Type : 5 Days/week (Hybrid) (3 Days WFO & 2 Days WFH)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a visionary DevOps Head to lead and scale our clients DevOps, TechOps, and SecOps operations across a fast-growing suite of SaaS products. This is a strategic leadership role that requires deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, security practices, and infrastructure as code (IaC).

The DevOps Head will define strategy, lead innovation in infrastructure and deployment automation, and ensure the highest standards of scalability, performance, and security across all technology platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Define and own the DevOps strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for the organization.

- Lead and mentor DevOps, TechOps, and SecOps teams, instilling best practices and a performance-driven culture.

- Architect and manage cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) for high availability, resilience, and scalability.

- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable, secure, and fast software delivery.

- Lead adoption of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the SDLC.

- Implement and enforce ISO 27001 and GDPR-compliant security measures across systems and operations.

- Monitor infrastructure health using observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.

- Establish effective incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity protocols.

- Present DevOps KPIs and improvement metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Promote innovation in cloud-native operations and automation through new tools and technologies.

Skills Required :

- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or Cloud Engineering roles.

- Proven track record of leading DevOps teams in high-growth SaaS environments.

- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.

- Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.

- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration at scale.

- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.

- Understanding of cloud and application security principles (DevSecOps).

- Experience with monitoring/logging tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus.

- Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.

- Knowledge of ISO 27001 protocols and data protection regulations.
