Roles Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating the selection process to ensure the best fit for the organization. Once a candidate is finalized, issuing offer letters and overseeing the onboarding process. Collecting and organizing necessary employee documents such as personal information forms, PF forms and other required records while ensuring smooth integration into the company.
Payroll: Handling payroll processing by preparing salary input files, coordinating with the finance team for verification and ensuring timely salary disbursement at the end of each month. Generating and sharing salary slips while ensuring all payroll-related compliance and deductions are managed properly. Maintaining attendance records and publishing the monthly attendance report every month.
Employee Engagement: Planning and executing employee engagement activities to enhance workplace morale. Organizing monthly team-building exercises, celebrating milestones and managing special occasions to create a positive and motivated work environment.
Culture Setting and Enforcing: Maintain workplace discipline and decorum. Enforcing company policies and keeping employees informed about policy updates.
Admin Employee Management: Overseeing office upkeep and maintenance, managing office staff and ensuring all facilities are well-maintained. Handling office rental agreements, utility bills and related payments. Handling compliance-related tasks such as yearly visa renewals and maintaining all necessary HR documentation.
Travel Desk: Managing the company s travel requirements, including domestic and international bookings. Coordinating with booking agencies and validating travel estimates, ensuring cost efficiency and processing travel, conveyance and food reimbursements as per policy. Approving all travel-related invoices for finance processing and preparing a monthly travel MIS report.
Exit: Handling employee exit formalities smoothly, including deactivating email accounts, removing access from official groups and managing data transfers. Issuing relieving letters and ensuring timely processing of full and final (FF) settlements.
Ensuring a structured and professional offboarding process.
Reporting Insights: Provide insights through dashboards and presentations on various people-related processes (leave and attendance, travel MIS, employee productivity, recruitment/hiring trackers)
