Performance Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Campaigns: Plan, create, and manage performance-driven marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other paid media channels.
• Analyze Campaign Data: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance accordingly.
• A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversion rates and maximize the return on investment (ROI).
• Budget Management: Effectively manage allocated budgets to maximize results while maintaining cost-efficiency across different platforms and channels.
• Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Develop strategies for targeted audience segments, retargeting, and look-alike audiences to increase conversion rates and campaign success.
• Collaboration with Creative and Sales Teams: Work closely with the design, content, and sales teams to create engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with campaign goals.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of performance marketing efforts.
• Reporting and Insights: Prepare detailed performance reports and present insights to senior management, suggesting improvements and new opportunities for growth.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
