Job Description: L1 Associates For SERVICE DESK ROLE

Should have experience in the application of MAC solutions, in-depth knowledge of Software Server Management and installation of MAC

• Microsoft Outlook, AD, Win server, Windows OS , Networking concepts , PC hardware components and its functionalities. Networking Concepts, Basic Troubleshooting and diagnostics
• should have experience or clear understanding in Basic Hardware Troubleshooting of MAC,PCs, MS Office /office 365 applications.
• A clear understanding of incident management process
• It would be advantage if candidate possess basic ITIL framework knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience Min. 6 Months to 1 Year (Mandatory) or 1 to 3Years (Preferred) into International Voice Technical Support / Service Desk
• Should have Excellent Communication Skills with Good Technical Knowledge
• Only Immediate joiners are preferred
• Work from Office/ Rotational Shift/off/ Both side Transportation Provided
