Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Consultant (2-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze client supply chain processes and recommend tailored solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM).

- Configure, implement, and optimize D365 SCM modules, including Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Logistics.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions.

- Lead client workshops, document functional requirements, and develop detailed solution design documentation.

- Provide user training, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve issues during and post-implementation.

- Maintain thorough project documentation and facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

- Remain abreast of the latest developments in Dynamics 365 SCM and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and implementing D365 SCM modules.

- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes and business analysis.

- Exceptional communication skills in English (B2 level or above), both written and verbal.

- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global, multicultural environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.

- Experience with ERP integrations or other enterprise systems.

- Exposure to project management or team leadership roles.
