Job Description
- Design Creation:
- Assist in creating visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Design and edit images, illustrations, and layouts for web and mobile applications.
- Branding Support:
- Help maintain and evolve the company s visual identity by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in design across all platforms.
- Photo Editing:
- Use Adobe Photoshop to edit and enhance images for various projects.
- Retouch and manipulate photos to meet project requirements.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to brainstorm ideas and execute creative concepts.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on design strategies.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ensure all deliverables are of high quality and align with the company s standards.
- Learning & Development:
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Take feedback constructively and apply it to improve design skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is compulsory .
- Basic knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with UI/UX design or web design is a bonus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or tech-related design is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
