Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior .NET & Java Architect with over 15 years of expertise in enterprise-level software architecture, system design, and development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both Java and .NET ecosystems, enabling them to architect scalable, high performance, and secure solutions for complex business needs.

This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and align technology solutions with business goals. The candidate must also have hands-on experience with cloud technologies, microservices, DevOps practices, and modern software development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and design large-scale, enterprise-grade applications using Java and .NET frameworks.
• Lead the technical strategy and drive best practices across teams.
• Provide technical leadership to developers, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to align technology with business objectives.
• Define and implement microservices architecture, API management, and cloud-native solutions (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Ensure security, performance, and scalability of software solutions.
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD automation for efficient software delivery.
• Mentor and guide technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for adoption.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 15+ years of experience in software architecture and development with .NET (C#) and Java (SpringBoot, Hibernate, Microservices).
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Expertise in microservices, API design, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Deep understanding of database architecture, SQL/NoSQL, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring experience.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in AI/ML integration, big data, or IoT is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise-level project management.
• Certifications in Azure, AWS, or TOGAF are a plus.
