Team Leader - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader - Business Development Manager to drive growth in our agency vertical.

This role focuses on expanding the agent network, achieving sales targets, and strengthening business opportunities for our insurance products.

Jobs Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard new financial advisor to grow the agency network.

- Develop and execute plans to meet sales and revenue goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and key stakeholders.

- Promote insurance products and support agents with training and resources.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.

- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Candidates Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

- Proven ability to drive results and manage relationships.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of insurance or financial services is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
