Team Leader - Sales - BFSI (1-5 yrs)

We are on the lookout for a motivated Sales Team Leader - On Role to lead our field sales team, driving sales growth and strengthening client relationships.

Key Duties:

- Encourage and guide field sales representatives to perform at their best.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet objectives.

- Identify new business opportunities and foster client relationships.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance closely.

Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree is required.

- At least 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in field sales.

- Proven success in achieving sales targets.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, and client management skills.

- Proficient in sales data analysis and performance tracking.

- Must be a local resident.
