Team Leader - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard skilled insurance agents.

- Implement ongoing training and development initiatives to improve agents' expertise and knowledge.

- Inspire and motivate the team to meet sales targets.

- Assess and monitor agent performance, offering coaching and constructive feedback.

- Tackle team challenges and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Bachelor's degree

- Candidates with an operations background are not suitable for this position.

- The role requires 100% fieldwork focused on policy sales.

- Experience: 1 to 4 years in any sales field (FMCG, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, NBFC, BFSI, Loans, Mutual Funds)

- Age: Minimum 21 years, maximum 38 years

- A two-wheeler is mandatory.
