It is your responsibility to ensure client pleasure while motivating, coaching, and promoting sales success. In charge of hiring, educating, and overseeing a group of advisers to increase sales life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee, mentor, and lead a group of four to ten sales executives.
- Customer Relationship Manage.
- Increase sales through local marketing, corporate partnerships, and field visits.
- Determine skill gaps and hold frequent field training exercises.
- Continue to have a robust lead stream with good conversion rates.
- Drive sales performance through motivation and coaching.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with 2+ years in team management.
- Strong understanding of market.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Salary up to 3.20 LPA + Benefits.
