Customer Care Executive - International Voice Process

Graduate Fresher and Undergraduate with Minimum 6 month experience in BPO sector mandatory.

Location - Gurugram, Sector18

Working Mode - In office/WFH (Candidates should reside inside the hiring zone i.e. Gurugram/ Delhi)

Preferred Profile:

• Graduate fresher and UG with experience candidates both can apply. More preference will be given to graduates.
• Must have minimum 6 months of experience in BPO sector with valid documents such as offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last 3 months salary slip.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have good command in English

Working Schedule :

• 5 days working with rotational shifts and rotational week off.
• Shift timing is of 9 hours including 1 hour break.
• Casual leaves will not be entertained for the first three months after joining apart from week offs.

** Candidates with heavy MTI in their speech and pursuing education will not be considered.

• Salary Structure: 27k - 34k ctc.
