Greetings from Teleperformance.!
We are hiring QA for voice process in our company. Candidate must be a graduate with the good communication skills.
Should have minimum 1 year experience as a quality analyst in his previous experience. Should have knowledge in QC tools, Excel, Dashboards, Call calibration, call audits, Call monitoring and sharing feedback.
Languages: English, Kannada, & Telugu
Ideal Supervisor roles should have-
- Proven experience as a Quality Auditor/Trainer/ Team Leader
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Well versed with the basic industry concepts of respective roles.
- 1 Rotational week off • 6 Days working.
- Salary-Up to 4.75L CTC
Work from home: Candidate should have powar backup & Wi-Fi/Broadband connection
