Job Description:

Job Location- Gurgaon

International Voice Process

Work From Office

Cab facility- Both Side within the hiring zone

Qualification - Graduation

5 days working, 2 days rotational off

Rotational shift 24*7 (Majorly night shift)

Required Candidates with good communication skills, listening skills.

Must have basic computer knowledge.

Role & responsibilities

• Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution.
• Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
• Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Graduate candidates can apply, must have valid original marksheets from the University.
• BPO Experience is mandatory, must be able to provide valid offer letter, experience/relieving letter and the last 3 months salary slip of the same.
• Must have good typing skills with accuracy of 90%.
• Must have good command in spoken and written English.
• Should be comfortable with rotational shifts (especially night shifts)
• No casual leave will be allowed for the first 3 months.
