Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets within the designated Raipur territory.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with branch managers and staff at partner banks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner bank branches regarding life insurance products, sales processes, and support.
- Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and company policies in all sales activities.
- Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to bank sales teams to enhance their knowledge of life insurance products and sales techniques.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the Raipur territory to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide valuable feedback to the company on market conditions, product offerings, and customer service to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless support for the territory.
- Prepare and present regular reports on territory performance, sales activities, and market insights to regional leadership.
- Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
- Adhere to ethical sales practices and promote the company's values.
- Be willing to travel extensively within the Raipur territory to effectively manage relationships and support partner bank branches.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and relationship management, preferably within the financial services or insurance sector.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products and the relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated Raipur territory.
Good to Have:
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and providing training to sales personnel.
- Knowledge of the local market conditions and customer preferences in Raipur.
- Existing relationships with bank branches in the Raipur region.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
