Job Description
- Course Launch Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of course launches for ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, and FRM exam preparations.
- Coordinate with instructors, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of course materials.
- Monitor and report on the progress of course development and launch activities.
- Handle administrative tasks related to course setup, including uploading content, setting up course structures, and managing student enrollments.
- Book Launch Support:
- Collaborate with authors, editors, and designers to manage book launch timelines.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities for book launches.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Monitor and track the performance of book launch campaigns.
- Operational Support:
- Manage and update project management tools and systems to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Handle communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the day-to-day operational activities of the company.
- Project Management:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various educational projects.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status to the management team.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com), Business Administration (BBA, MBA) from a recognized university such as Delhi University, Jamia Millia Islamia, or other similar institutions.
- Proven experience in an operational or project management role, preferably in the EdTech sector.
- Knowledge of ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or FRM exams is essential.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for education and a commitment to Plutus Education s mission.
- Certifications in ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or FRM are a plus.
