We re looking for a bold, mission-first leader to join us as Associate Director - Fundraising Partnerships. In this high-impact role, you ll lead the charge to fuel TAP s growth by building meaningful partnerships, unlocking multi-year grants, and shaping a funding engine that matches our moonshot ambition.

This role isn t about managing a pipeline. It s about owning it from strategy to storytelling, from pitch to renewal. You ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team, represent TAP in national and international forums, and build the kind of donor community that sees giving as a long-term movement, not a one-time gift.

About The Role

Location - Pune / Mumbai / Delhi NCR / Remote (Hybrid Flexibility)

Experience - 12-17 years

Time Commitment - Full-Time

Reporting to - CEO Director

Compensation - 15-18 LPA Fixed + Bonus up to 6 LPA (incl. EPF insurance)

What You ll Do

• Design and Own TAP s end-to-end fundraising strategy from dream to deal across CSR, philanthropic foundations, HNIs/UHNIs, and international donors.
• Build a Funding Engine that s as innovative and scalable as our product combining data, storytelling, and strategy to unlock multi-year partnerships.
• Lead from the front pitch, negotiate, and close high-value partnerships that fund not just programs, but possibilities.
• Craft powerful narratives proposals, concept notes, donor decks, and reports that bring TAP s impact to life.
• Shape the donor journey personalize engagement, spark long-term commitment, and build meaningful relationships, not just transactions.
• Collaborate deeply with TAP s leadership, communications, curriculum, and impact teams to align fundraising with on-ground change.

Who You Are

• You re a strategic doer equally comfortable crafting vision decks and closing donor calls.
• You ve raised multi-year, high-value funding before from CSR, foundations, or HNIs and know how to build trust that lasts.
• You re a natural storyteller who can turn data into emotion and insight into action.
• You ve worked in fast-paced teams -and know how to thrive in ambiguity.
• You ve built or led fundraising or business development teams in startups, nonprofits, or social enterprises and loved the pace.
• You believe fundraising is not just a function it s a force for systemic change.
