Marketing & Business Development Engineer

Role & responsibilities:

1. Enhancing the Visibility of products, solutions, projects, services in addressable market.
2. Identify business opportunities in new / upcoming Markets for the range of TBWES products and services.
3. Facilitating Strategy workshops and development of Strategic business plans and its periodic reviews.
4. Exploring opportunities of collaboration and partnerships.
5. Organize and represent the business in exhibitions, Seminars, and various industry forums.
6. Overall responsibility for development & management of information relating to marketing the products on Social media, Website, Brochures, Product Presentations.
7. To market & support the sales team for new application & technology to prospective customer.
8. Market research & analysis of the business including financial analysis, competition analysis & market intelligence.
9. Co-ordination with regional teams for marketing the products / solutions.
10. Market the products to the respective industries/ customers in the untapped markets to generate leads / prospects.

Personal & Technical Attributes:

1. Self-driven and passionate about Marketing.
2. Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
3. Understanding of Boilers and boiler markets.
4. Engage and collaborate with various stakeholders
5. Market study, desk research, trends, new developments, reports and articulation.
6. Ability to understand relevant business opportunities for TBWES portfolio.
7. Demonstrate awareness of relevant financial and business parameters.

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point.
