Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- To be the face of customer in Thermax
- Owning the Project from its inception i.e OTM till closure of warranty Period/ contract Closure
- Planning ahead of time and ensuring smooth execution
- Monitoring Progress and tackling road blocks with timely escalations
- Ensuring the Cost Budget targets are met thereby improving as Executed Margins without hampering the quality
- Maintaining Cashflow, RR targets for the month / Qtr
- Spearheading Periodic reviews with Customers , Vendors, purchase, QC etc
- Acting as point of contact for all internal functions and customer
Critical Competencies for the Job:
- Customer Centricity
- Ability to drive the project (vendors, stake holders) assertively
- Basic understanding of Project Management Process
- Thorough understanding of contractual clauses and terms
- Strong Technical and Commercial acumen
- Knowledge of MS Projects
- Strong communication skills written & spoken
- Networking & interpersonal skills
- Process & Result Oriented
- Ability to lead a team
- Site Handling experience is an added advantage
