Job Description
- Lead infra and app modernization projects from technical architecture and getting implementation done perspective
- Lead technical application and Infrastructure architecture decisions and initiatives ensuring Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability and Security across apps
- Monitor and manage security posture of applications by closely working with CISO and CTO teams and work towards enhancing it further
- Front end customer discussions on technical and security related queries as and when needed
- Work with different cloud and application partners including Microsoft for Azure cloud as and when needed to get right things delivered or issues resolved
- Help with thorough documentation including low level architecture designs
- Provide supervision and guidance to development teams on correct approach, processes and standards
- Assess any issues with the current technical solutions/architecture and work with team to improve it further
- Leading impact assessments and decisions related to technology choices, design /architectural considerations and implementation strategy
- Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed
- Driving increased efficiency across the teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse
- Bring great, fresh ideas to the team that are project-appropriate
- Be a graduate of Computer Science or in STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Have experience in designing and deploying custom applications on cloud
- Have deep understanding of Application and Infrastructure architecture and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability, Security etc.
- Have hands-on experience in designing and implementing applications on Azure/AWS using microservices architecture; docker/containerization
- Have hands-on experience with development of REST services, using Spring Boot/Node JS/ .Net technologies along with React/Angular front end technologies
- Have hands-on experience with Integration designs using API and middleware
- Have hands-on experience with database design and optimization using databases like Postgres SQL or My SQL or any other leading DB
- Learn domain knowledge and demonstrate customer focus.
- Have leadership abilities, willingness to learn new technologies and adaptability to navigate through any unique challenges effectively
- Self - driven and flexible to work in any language/technology/tools as per the project s needs
- Good to have experience with IoT based application
- Good to have hands-on experience with Kubernetes framework
