About the Role:

• We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to Supply Chain and Logistics Digital Transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in technology implementations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Manage the Requirement Lifecycle, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
• Utilize Excel Analytics to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision[1]making.
• Work within Agile frameworks, leveraging JIRA for backlog management and sprint planning.
• Facilitate communication between business teams and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Support testing, validation, and user training for new digital solutions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: BE/B.Tech in a relevant field.
• Experience: 2-5 years in technology implementations, preferably in Supply Chain & Logistics.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Requirement Lifecycle Management.
• Proficiency in Excel Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
