Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team, working closely with senior leadership to support and drive our marketing and event strategies. The ideal candidate will be key in shaping the brand s image, leading marketing initiatives, and overseeing event planning to ensure alignment with business goals. collaborate across departments to execute impactful marketing campaigns and memorable events, helping us expand our reach and grow our audience.
Work Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Collaborate with the senior management team to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, etc.).
Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the brand s voice and vision.
Event Planning and Management: Lead the planning and execution of brand-driven events, both online and offline, to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to manage event logistics, from ideation to post-event analysis.
Oversee promotional campaigns for events, ensuring a strong presence and participation from the target audience.
Content and Creative Management: Work with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
Manage the development of promotional materials, including videos, brochures, email campaigns, and social media content.
Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyze key marketing and event performance metrics to measure success and optimize future strategies.
Provide insights on customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to inform decision-making.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Negotiate contracts and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Skills, Experience & Expertise
Experience in omnichannel marketing and digital-first brand strategies.
Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices in brand building.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
Industries - Banking, e-commerce, ticketing platforms
Eligibility
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or event management.
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and events.
Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage external relationships.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
