Sales Manager

 Revenue Generation: Drive the sales of display advertising products to brands, agencies, and partners. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

 Client Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at advertising agencies, trading desks, and direct clients.

 Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue through existing and new business opportunities. Present tailored display advertising solutions to clients.

 Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities. Provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams.

 Campaign Management: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and deliver insights to clients.

 Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and ensure smooth deal closure while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.

 Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technology teams to develop competitive ad solutions tailored to client needs.

 Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and revenue projections.

  Minimum Qualifications Required:

 Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

 6+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a focus on display and programmatic ads.

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 Strong network within agencies, brands, and key players in the advertising ecosystem.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

 Deep understanding of display advertising products, real-time bidding (RTB), programmatic buying, and the digital media landscape.

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
