Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct eye exams to diagnose vision problems and prescribe corrective lenses or other treatments.
- Dispense glasses, contact lenses, or other optical products based on examination results.
- Provide aftercare instructions for new glasses or contacts, including proper care and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including test results, prescriptions, and product dispensed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments by attending continuing education courses.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience as an optometrist.
- B.Sc degree in Optometry from a recognized institution.
- Strong knowledge of optics principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
