HR Executive (Off Role)

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to fill open positions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs. This role requires a proactive and resourceful approach to identify and engage top talent, as well as strong communication and organizational skills to manage the recruitment process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions.
• Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to source potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications to determine suitability for open positions.
• Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and guidance as needed.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution. Proactively address employee concerns and maintain positive relationships throughout the organization.
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.
• Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Coordinate open enrollment activities and serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits-related questions.
• Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, provide guidance to managers and employees on performance feedback, and assist in the development of performance improvement plans when necessary.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and provide training to employees as needed.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Collaborate with department managers to support career development initiatives.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and morale, such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and company events
