- Comfortable in Individual contributor as well as Team lead role

- Budgeting and Variance analysis

- Adhoc financial analysis

- Manage and analyze large data sets from various internal sources

- Update and prepare presentations and reporting for senior leadership

- Excel and Financial Modeling Skills - Advanced expertise in Excel required and the ability to build dynamic financial models preferred

- PowerPoint Skills - Ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations for senior management and investors

- Analytical and Strong Attention to Detail - Quick learner with exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills combined with a strong attention to detail; filtering information based on priority, relevance & other critical factors

- Organizational/Multi-Tasking Skills - Ability to allocate one's time effectively, work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy of work; ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities; ability to adapt to new ideas and constant changes

- Relationship Skills - Well developed written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills; ability to develop and sustain strong working relationships with senior business leaders; ability to exercise strict confidentiality
