Manager

• Make sure cut off times are correct and routes run properly
• Responsibility for the overall leadership and performance of the Hubs from sales, service, governance, profitability and team
• Achieving specific sales targets and KPI's as agreed with the Retail Hub and Head of Retail Hub Network
• Setting clear customer acquisition and cross-sales targets that are consistent with best practice and benchmarked against high-performing hubs
• Developing and implementing forensic sales measurement and reporting that provides critical insights regarding sales performance, and ensuring performance issues are identified and appropriately addressed in a timely way
• Accountability for ensuring the Hub Governance & Controls are robust and implemented consistently
• Contributing, participating and engaging with network strategy and change
• Delivering superior Customer Experience through assertive leadership, coaching, guidance and staff motivation in line with championing my kind of service "delivering on mystery shopping goals"
• Responsibility for leading and developing a high performing team ensuring consistently high levels of capability and engagement
• Managing PDP and team development

Qualifications

• Working experience in engineering and/or system business is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to work as part of internal, cross cultural team
• Five (5) years progressive management and/or operational leadership experience required
• High degree of time management and organization skills are MANDATORY
• A high degree of time management and organization skills are mandatory
• One (1) year management experience required in transportation industry or related area
