Scope & Objective:
- Overseeing all aspects of the company's daily operations ( non production related)
- Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy
- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
- Digitisation of the company's operations, processes etc.
- Implementation of the best practices in the industry
- Implementation of effective professionalism in the organisation
- Upgradation and implementation of the standard systems in the organisation
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met
- Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary
- Introduction of day to day monitoring processes of all the above
KRAs:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
- Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO
- Oversee all operational departments, including finance, marketing, business operations, human resources, and customer service
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are met
- Develop and manage the company budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other leadership team members [CEO,CFO, CHRO,CMO, CTO], develop and implement business strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and the board of directors
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary, and prepare detailed updates and forecasts
Qualifications,Experience & Skills Required :
- Engineering Graduate with Full time MBA or any advanced degree preferred.
- 18-25 years of experience with at least 5 years or more in executive leadership roles
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-
- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
Preferred Industry Exposure:
- Any leading Manufacturing company, preferably from a Steel company
