Job Description
- Has knowledge of Workfront and can
- implement and configure Workfront project management platform to meet the organizations needs.
- Customize Workfront workflows, templates, and dashboards & reports to streamline project processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Manage schedules, including assignments, durations, planned hours, planned and projected start/completion dates, predecessors and milestones
- Can add new fields and define new fields in the library
- Understands the different types of objects and forms where fields can be used
- Provide training and support to team members on how to use Workfront effectively for project planning, tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration of Workfront with other tools and systems
- Has experience writing training materials and delivering training, both one-on-one and in larger groups. Will be responsible for onboarding new employees as well as training existing users on new features or refreshing their knowledge
- Has solid experience with Excel and PowerPoint
- Develop and maintain documentation on best practices for using Workfront and project management methodologies.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Workfront, staying up-to-date on new features and functionalities to continuously improve project management practices.
- Analyze data from Workfront reports to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Workfront software in project management roles.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support users.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, customize configurations, and optimize Workfront for organizational needs.
- Certification in Workfront or project management is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data from Workfront reports and drive performance improvements.
