Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager/Project Coordinator to join our team at Tongues Translation Services LLC. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of project management experience in a translation or localization company.

Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple localization and translation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards

- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication, expectations, and requirements are met

- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage them effectively

- Ensure project documentation, including project scope, specifications, and requirements, are up-to-date and communicated to all relevant parties

- Track project progress and provide timely status updates to stakeholders

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the project team to ensure high-quality output

- Conduct project post-mortem to identify areas for improvement and best practices for future projects

Requirements:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management in a translation or localization company

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Translation, Localization, or a related field

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Experience with project management tools and software

- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities

- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
