About the Role
TRDFIN Support Services Private Limited is looking for a skilled LMS Administrator to manage our Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure an engaging and seamless learning experience for users.
The LMS Administrator will be responsible for organizing, managing, and maintaining all content, courses, and user data within the LMS, providing day-to-day technical support, and working with various teams to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
✓ Create and manage learning plans and curriculums, including uploading SCORM/AICC/xAPI content according to training requirements.
✓ Edit and update e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline or other content authoring tools. ✓ Test SCORM content using Cloud Scorm and manage the lifecycle of learning objects, including tagging, skill management, and badge allocation.
✓ Organize and manage courses, content, users, and LMS data, ensuring optimal system functionality and user experience.
✓ Investigate and troubleshoot LMS issues, liaise with stakeholders, and collaborate with support teams to resolve technical problems.
✓ Implement best practices, training guides, and updated processes for LMS usage to enhance functionality and user support.
✓ Upload and test content types, including SCORM files, documents, videos, and other learning assets.
✓ Provide technical support and guidance for end-users, educating them on LMS functionalities and resolving queries efficiently.
✓ Oversee daily LMS operations, including maintaining system-level functions, briefing course admins, and training new course administrators on platform changes.
✓ Administer user accounts, courses, and program structures within the LMS, ensuring that all system requirements are met.
✓ Collaborate with departments such as Design, Content, and SME teams to facilitate content integration and quality standards.
✓ Run reports, analyze platform and course data, and identify actionable insights for continuous improvement.
✓ Act as an in-house LMS expert, providing practical support and guidance for staff utilizing digital technologies for teaching and assessment (e.g., Turnitin, Zoom, and other tools). TRDFIN Support Services Pvt Ltd
✓ Stay informed about recent and upcoming platform enhancements and support in-house teams with IT queries in coordination with the local IT team.
✓ Address online student queries via the helpdesk, providing prompt and effective assistance.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in LMS administration, with familiarity with advanced LMS platforms.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 or similar content authoring tools.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, Java, and SQL is an asset.
E-learning Standards: Familiarity with recognized e-learning technical standards, such as SCORM, is essential.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with and support end-users.
Independent Worker: Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently with ownership over projects and decisions.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with effective process management and decision-making abilities.
Technology Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint; experience with e-learning deployment processes is an advantage.
Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a resourceful and action-oriented approach.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute as part of a dynamic team.
