Regional Finance Governance Manager - CA/CPA (4-8 yrs)

Job Role:

- Drive adherence to global standard processes and actively facilitate their adoption across regional teams.

- Monitor and enhance operational performance by tracking key compliance and efficiency KPIs, particularly in accounting and digital transformation.

- Act as a regional key user for financial close processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant reporting in accordance with IFRS standards.

- Collaborate with Shared Service Centers and local finance teams to resolve financial queries and improve end-to-end operational effectiveness.

- Lead the development and continuous improvement of financial processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

- Contribute to successfully implementing regional global finance initiatives, including project planning, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.

- Promote process standardization by addressing local variations, managing exceptions, and aligning practices with globally defined standards.

Must Have:

- 4-8 years across all finance towers (RTR, OTC, PTP); R2R is mandatory and Experience in either OTC or PTP is also acceptable.

- Prior team management experience.

Qualification: CA OR CPA is a must
