Supply Planner - Consumer Durables (2-3 yrs)

Your Purpose:

This position is responsible to facilitate Supply and Distribution planning processes and bring insights through data analytics and inventory management techniques within the supply chain planning systems. The position is also responsible for system adherence with respect to supply and distribution plan in APO SNP, conducting phase-in-phase-out analysis of SKUs and supporting Supply & Distribution Planning Manager to deliver 98.5% service level.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with factory materials management team to assess the capacities and resources using contemporary tools Ensure hygienic and safe storage of material in stores and maintain FIFO. - Ensure periodic revision of Safety and cycle stocks of

- Finished Goods ( at depot location) levels based on changing business scenarios and coordinate with central functions to maximize fill rates and service level within stipulated Quality and agreed inventory norms.

- Deploy channel specific replenishment models and coordinate with stakeholders in maximizing service level

- Represent Supply side in the Pre-Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) alignment meeting for arriving at production plan scenarios.

- Coordinate with Master Data management and procurement team for the correctness of master data settings.

- Contribute in development of IT systems for business to support supply planning processes and ensuring accurate flow of demand in right SKUs in APO- SNP for smooth functioning of planning processes

- To ensure that FGs are shipped out timely and as per distribution/allocation of product.

- To generate periodic MIS reports on Plant performance on FG production/dispatches and RM/PM to assist and optimize inventory levels.

- Graduate (preferably IIT, IITM or IT) with min 2-3 years experience in Data analytics or Supply & Distribution Planning

- Good communication skills in English - Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships

- Exposure to ERP platform preferably SAP - APO DP and SNP
