Tricog Health - Software Engineer - Full Stack Development (2-4 yrs)

Requirements :

Experience : 2-4 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.

- MERN Stack Expertise : Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with deep expertise in React.js and Node.js frameworks.

- Database Proficiency : Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.

- Security Principles : Solid understanding of security principles in client-server architecture.

- Cloud Infrastructure : Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud platform.

- JavaScript Frameworks : Familiarity with other JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.js or Vue.js is a plus.

- Project Management : Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Software Design : Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.

- Problem Solving : Strong problem-solving skills.

- Medical Industry (Preferred) : Experience in the medical industry is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership & Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

- Full Stack Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, testable, and efficient code across the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Quality Assurance : Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to established development processes.

- Feature/Product Release : Drive feature and product releases, ensuring timely and successful deployments.

- Requirements Collaboration : Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Technical Problem Solving : Assist in resolving complex technical issues, such as api integration issues, or database query optimization, and provide timely solutions.

- Documentation : Develop and review Software Design Specifications (SDS) and other relevant documentation.

- Code Reviews : Conduct thorough code reviews and peer reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.

- Ownership & Accountability : Take ownership of the quality, usability, and performance of your code
