Role Overview :
The ideal candidate is very fluent in English with a creative thought process, and well-versed in common workplace processes. They should be adept at crafting diverse, high-quality text across formats such as emails, product reviews, and JIRA tickets while ensuring realism and variety in generated content (extensive experience with JIRA is not necessary).
Strong analytical skills are essential to break down problems into structured steps and define logical workflows for product use cases. This role involves leveraging Gemini to generate data efficiently, with a focus on refining and enriching outputs to ensure accuracy, diversity, and contextual relevance.
Sample tasks that you may work on :
- Developing overarching scenarios that illustrate how specific AI agents (Gemini) might be applied in workplace / real-world settings.
- Breaking down workflows into structured steps (e.g., a sales representative using AI to generate leads: first analyzing all businesses within a target geography, then filtering them based on industry and revenue, extracting contact details of decision-makers, sending personalized outreach emails, and finally tracking responses to prioritize follow-ups).
- Creating structured datasets that support scalable scenario modeling.
- This role calls for a mix of structured thinking, creativity, and speed, leveraging Gemini generated data to craft data which is truly useful, diverse, and reflective of real-world scenarios.
Requirements :
- Strong command of English : Comfortable creating diverse, natural-sounding text (emails, product reviews, JIRA tickets, etc.).
- Analytical mindset : Able to break down problems, sequence steps, and define structured workflows.
- Fast and detail-oriented : Generates high-quality data efficiently; past experience with Quality Assurance is a plus.
- Experience-driven : At least two years of relevant work to ensure practical, real-world grounding.
- Creative in product use cases : Able to envision varied, realistic scenarios for how a product/Agent might be employed.
- [Bonus] Product team exposure : Experience as a PM, TPM, or within a product team is helpful for understanding use case scoping.

Offer Details :
- Contractor position (no medical/paid leave); the maximum duration of the contract will be 3 months.
- Availability of up to 40 hours/week is preferred but is flexible.
- This role will require some overlap with UTC-8:00 (2-5 hrs/day) America/Los_Angeles
