Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role requires extensive experience in corporate sales, strategic partnerships, and a proven track record in closing profitable engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- 10 Years +Preferably handled alliances for the organization

- Corporate sales with CXO interactions - critical requirement

- Stint in Field Services Organizations in business development/sales or program management roles

- Experience in working with cross functional teams

- Track record of closing profitable engagements - critical and should probe on the achievements and closures.

Competencies:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships and good PR / interpersonal capabilities

- Contract / agreement negotiation skills

Industry knowledge:

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability to understand and arrive at the right engagement model

Note: Candidates with business development experience in the fintech industry will be preferred.
