Role Overview:


We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Lead to join our Enterprise team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling to corporates, commercial real estate developers, and warehousing/logistics companies, with a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach. Prior experience in the EV charging or clean energy space is highly preferred.


Key Responsibilities:


- Own and drive the end-to-end sales process for enterprise clients from lead qualification to closure.


- Develop tailored proposals and solutions based on each clients infrastructure and sustainability goals.


- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, facility managers, sustainability heads, and procurement teams.


- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, product, and operations) to align solutions with client needs.


- Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring clear documentation and forecasting.


- Lead on-ground meetings and site visits; represent Bolt.Earth at industry events and client engagements.


Requirements:


- Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industries like EV infrastructure, clean tech, real estate, or logistics.


- Proven experience selling to corporate offices, commercial real estate developers, or warehouses.


- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.


- Comfortable discussing technical aspects of the product and working with engineering/solution teams.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.


Preferred Qualifications


- Experience in EV charging solutions or energy infrastructure sales.


- Understanding of green building certifications, ESG frameworks, or sustainability reporting.


- Technical degree or background is a plus.
