Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle all types of customer payments including cash, card, and digital transactions.
- Ensure accuracy and accountability while managing heavy cash flow.
- Generate Credit Notes, process returns, and handle customer billing efficiently.
- Maintain and update MIS reports and daily transaction records.
- Accurately verify currency and identify fake notes as per standard procedures.
- Support day-to-day store operational tasks related to the billing counter.
Candidate Skills & Requirements:
- Well-groomed and presentable with a professional demeanor.
- Confident in representing and demonstrating Apple products.
- Strong command over English communication.
- Excellent customer handling and RAPO building skills.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in using billing software and POS systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in a cashier or retail billing role.
- Experience handling high-value transactions and working in branded retail stores is a plus.
