Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- GST Compliance: Preparation, filing, and reconciliation of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensuring timely compliance.

- TDS Returns: Prepare and file TDS returns, ensure accurate deductions and compliance with applicable provisions.

- Tax Audit Report: Assist in the preparation of Tax Audit Reports (Form 3CB and Form 3CD), ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

- Statutory Audits: Coordinate and assist in the execution of statutory audits, working with auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion.

- Taxation Support: Provide accurate and timely advice on tax matters, respond to queries, and ensure compliance with tax laws.

- Documentation: Maintain proper records of all tax-related documents, returns, and reports for future reference and audit purposes.

- Updates on Tax Laws: Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations (GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc.) and assist in implementing necessary updates.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in taxation, including GST, TDS Returns, Tax Audit, and Statutory Audits.

- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other relevant taxation regulations.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Additional qualifications like CA or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Skills:

- Excellent knowledge of tax compliance and auditing procedures.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e., Tally, SAP, etc.

- Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
